Our Baltimore Work Rehab locations are uniquely dedicated to helping injured individuals reach their maximum recovery potential to safely and confidently return to their jobs. These clinics offer comprehensive physical and rehabilitative services tailored to work-related injuries, including aquatic therapy, chiropractic care, physiotherapy, work conditioning, cognitive/vestibular therapy, and Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs). With flexible availability throughout the week and a range of experienced providers, we’re equipped to meet the needs of case managers, insurers, and injured workers alike. Faraz Rahman, DO

Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation

Dr. Faraz Rahman is a board-certified physiatrist and Medical Director for Excelsia’s Greater Baltimore region, specializing in physical medicine and rehabilitation. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore, where he also served as Chief Resident.

Dr. Rahman brings a multidisciplinary approach to patient care, with a background in pharmaceutical sciences and clinical research. In addition to his leadership role, he is fluent in English and Bengali and conversant in Spanish, enhancing his ability to connect with a diverse patient population. He is a member of the Association of Academic Physiatrists and the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine Alumni Association.

Jonathan Dunn, MD

Orthopaedic Surgery

Dr. Dunn is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon with subspecialty certification in sports medicine, specializing in minimally invasive and arthroscopic procedures. He completed both his medical degree and residency at the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Chicago, followed by a Sports Medicine and Arthroscopy Fellowship at the Nirschl Orthopaedic Center through Georgetown University.

Dr. Dunn treats a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions with a focus on joint preservation and arthroscopic surgery of the shoulder, knee, ankle, and elbow. He has been with Excelsia Injury Care since 2011, where he also performs IMEs and impairment ratings to support injury assessments and treatment planning. He is affiliated with Sinai Hospital of Baltimore and multiple surgical centers, and has served as a team physician for the Washington Commanders.

Richard Meyer, MD

Orthopaedic Surgery

Dr. Meyer is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon with over four decades of experience in musculoskeletal care and surgical treatment. A graduate of Drexel University College of Medicine and a Fellow of the American Association of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Dr. Meyer completed his residency at Albert Einstein Medical College in New York.

He currently practices at Excelsia Injury Care, specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of orthopedic injuries. In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Meyer performs IMEs and impairment ratings, providing expert assessments to support injury claims and treatment planning. He has held leadership roles including President of the Medical Staff at Frankford Hospital and has served in the U.S. Army as an attending orthopaedic surgeon. Dr. Meyer is licensed in Maryland and Virginia and remains active in numerous professional medical societies.

Michael Dvorkin, MD

Orthopaedics

Dr. Dvorkin is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon with extensive experience in both clinical practice and global medical outreach. A graduate of Washington University School of Medicine, he completed his surgical training at Strong Memorial Hospital and George Washington University.

Dr. Dvorkin currently practices at Excelsia Injury Care, where he specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries. In addition to his clinical work, he performs IMEs and impairment ratings, offering expert assessments to support injury-related claims and treatment planning. He has been recognized as a Baltimore Top Doctor for six consecutive years. An accomplished author and educator, Dr. Dvorkin has received multiple awards for excellence in teaching and clinical care, including the Pfizer Award of Excellence and the William Reichel MD Award.

Sivarama Nandipati, MD

Neurology

Dr. Nandipati is a board-certified neurologist with extensive experience in diagnosing and treating neurological disorders. He completed his training at Virginia Commonwealth University and has practiced in both private and group settings for over three decades. Dr. Nandipati specializes in managing a wide range of neurological conditions, with a focus on patient-centered care and expert diagnostics. He is a member of the American Academy of Neurology and is fluent in English and Telugu.

Andrew Robinson, MD

Orthopaedic Surgery

Dr. Robinson is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon specializing in joint-sparing procedures, arthroscopic surgery, and the treatment of peripheral nerve entrapment syndromes. Trained at Michigan Medicine and the University of Iowa, he brings advanced expertise in sports medicine and shoulder reconstruction. A Diplomate of the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and a Fellow of the AAOS,

Dr. Robinson has been serving patients at Excelsia Injury Care since 2017 and also performs Independent Medical Evaluations (IMEs).

Jeffrey Winston, DC

Chiropractor

Dr. Winston is a Doctor of Chiropractic with over two decades of experience in injury rehabilitation and neurotrauma care. He currently serves as the Director of Neurotrauma Institute Rehabilitation at Excelsia Injury Care, where he develops traumatic brain injury (TBI) protocols implemented across multiple offices.

Dr. Winston also leads Baltimore Work Rehab, overseeing patient care in physical therapy, aquatic therapy, TBI therapy, and work conditioning. A Certified Work Capacity Evaluator, he specializes in functional capacity evaluations and rehabilitation protocol development, with a strong commitment to restoring patients’ function and quality of life.
